Pros

Working with individuals and providing them with the support they need to thrive in the world.

Cons

This company location has a problem with keeping employees. They have a terrible tendency of skimping on hours. Staff can be extremely hostile and violent towards each other and most importantly, neglectful the individuals we are supposed to support, Staff eating the individuals food, money and transportation. Street attitudes, complaining non stop, many call outs.

Pros

This organization provides career development opportunities to all. It recently started a new path for DSP which provide both bonuses and a base pay increase for each level. A coach promotes success of each candidate.

Cons

We would love to offer better pay for everyone. Our rates constrain us. But there is no better place to serve than here.
