Pros

The clients are the pros, they’re amazing individuals to support.

Cons

Kencrest is extremely unprofessional from HR to management to the associate DSPs. It’s a very cliquey atmosphere and if you’re not apart of the mess then you’re picked on until you leave. I have witnessed assistant manager at the house in Stratford forge important documents on behalf of the clients as well as be inappropriate towards male staff. HR in Pennsylvania is apart of the fiasco and does not to rectify the situation. The Management team in Stratford gets drunk at the office then likes to conduct meetings based on whatever they feel like discussing. (DRAMA).

Pros

This organization provides career development opportunities to all. It recently started a new path for DSP which provide both bonuses and a base pay increase for each level. A coach promotes success of each candidate.

Cons

We would love to offer better pay for everyone. Our rates constrain us. But there is no better place to serve than here.
