Pros
At least I have a job. There's really not much else I can say. They have free coffee if you're at corporate.
Cons
Zero training, zero clear communication, it's almost like I can literally feel myself being exploited. I've been around for a while, no raises - no respect for employees. There is only negative reinforcement techniques used. I know for a fact that if you are caught 'chatting' for too long in safety or billing you will be yelled at.
