There are not any pros unless you want to here dispatch tell you to use your 16 hour day all the time
Cons
No communication. Upper management only cares about revenue nothing else. You are only a number. Do not ever complain about anything or one day you will be called in for a meeting and told your services are no longer needed by some pee on manager cause upper management has no balls
