Pros
The people. Plain and simple. I had the opportunity to interact with multiple sites, operations, and many different departments at the corporate office. I can without hesitation, this company has some of the most consistently nice people working for it.
Cons
Many of the structured processes really only appear structured. There is a significant degree of vagueness in the implementation as directed from the corporate office.
