Pros
In the short time I was there, its hard to thing of any "Pro's". Some of the teammates were a pleasure to work with but that's about it.
Cons
Short answer, everything. Long answer....poor morale, long hours, zero accountability, over intrusive customer (on site), no real management just bodies to fill the roles. Sub-par salary given the expectations for the role and the "mess" that needs to be cleaned up.
