      Being the Weekend Supervisor, three day workweek, now about with drive time 15 hour days, but still, four days off.

      15 Hour Workday. Hard to keep good people.

      Good pay, decent benefits, easier to network with higher ups

      Cons

      team morale took a nosedive because of micromanagement, preachers of culture but teams don't really reflect that, also the immigration lawyer they have hired misses small details and screws up applications
