Small private family owned company. Easy access to resources. Down to Earth upper management. Nice pay and opportunities for advancement. Seemingly excellent corporate team.
Cons
Detached middle managers do not represent the mission statement of the company that corporate has set forward. Incompetent sociopathic HR team is going to inevitably get the company sued with their brazen out of touch responses to dire situations and siding with ethically corrupt management when the situations call for investigation and closer attention to detail. This company is excellent as long as you do not become a victim of harassment, requiring support from HR, and as long as you have a very good relationship with your manager. If you rattle the wasps nest of management to any degree, they can and will conspire against you with heinous untrue claims to HR, simply to be rid of you.
