Pros
As long as you don't have extreme anger issues, it's a great company. Everyone is friendly and for the most part, wants you to grow. They promote from within and have succession planning. Benefits are ok. Best for someone wanting to settle down and just work. HR, the parts team, the billing team, and most others in that area are great at their jobs. They don't give you the run around. They pay for college. They train you, some sites extensively.
Cons
Pay is lower than other maintenance companies. Carolina Handling, Crown, Toyota, etc all offer more (up to 50% more, as I've had job offers.) It's easy to get too comfortable, you can be here for 10 years and only be making a few dollars more than you started. 80% of Techs I've worked with remind me of that fact. Overtime can be strict, or non-existent at some sites.
