      Very great atmosphere to work in. Easy work. Sense of camaraderie in the workplace.

      The starting pay can be better. Point system needs to be adjusted as well.

      Good pay, decent benefits, easier to network with higher ups

      Cons

      team morale took a nosedive because of micromanagement, preachers of culture but teams don't really reflect that, also the immigration lawyer they have hired misses small details and screws up applications
