Pros
Team culture; paid parental leave, remote flexible; clear policies that are regularly updated; amazing ERG’s; HR leadership cares about the field HR; and good tuition reimbursement policy.
Cons
Since most of HR is remote / hybrid there is no permanent HR seating on site. I think many of us have come to enjoy the temp seating as it encourages us to WFH.
