      When I was there, there was plenty of work to be had. Overtime was always on the table. Organized. Stayed busy.

      Cons

      Overtime was mandatory for every week. Disconnect between workers and employer. Strenuous work rate.

      Good pay, decent benefits, easier to network with higher ups

      Cons

      team morale took a nosedive because of micromanagement, preachers of culture but teams don't really reflect that, also the immigration lawyer they have hired misses small details and screws up applications
