      The benefits are great, and the pay is ok when just starting.

      Cons

      A lot of overtime, and upper management needs to be involved more with operations. Not enough upper management.

      Good pay, decent benefits, easier to network with higher ups

      Cons

      team morale took a nosedive because of micromanagement, preachers of culture but teams don't really reflect that, also the immigration lawyer they have hired misses small details and screws up applications
