      Good team, Easy work. Great Hours.

      Work every holiday but Christmas, Work almost every saturday. No work life Balance at all. No Vacation time.

      Good pay, decent benefits, easier to network with higher ups

      Cons

      team morale took a nosedive because of micromanagement, preachers of culture but teams don't really reflect that, also the immigration lawyer they have hired misses small details and screws up applications
