Love is King, everyone is so kind and so genuine. They hold you accountable but love you in the process. Prayer is so important and everything is done and completed through prayer.

There really is not any cons to working here

Nepotism runs rampant. Few leaders are qualified or have legitimate backgrounds in their fields. Constant politics, backstabbing, gossip. No concern for the mental or spiritual health of employees.
