Great training for someone right out of hair school.

Cons

Absolutely ridicules expectations, they take more than half your commission. I make more working 23 hours a week never juggling clients than I did working 38 hours taking 14 clients a day.

catty management with absolutely no room for growth. you can be amazing at your job with customers that love you and they don't care or reward you unless you are buddy-buddy with the corporate office. horrible favoritism
