Pros
It's cliche, but the people and benefits are the best part of Kensho. You get to work on exciting challenges, and the work setting is flexible. If you get work done better in the office, feel free to use the office. If you get work done better at home, do your work at home. Most of your colleagues are congenial, and the relatively flat organization keeps egos in check.
Cons
Even though the company says it's remote-friendly, there is peer pressure to show your face in one or more offices. Any mandates around return to office will likely exacerbate additional hemorrhaging of the best talents.
