Pros

Good work/life balance - they understand that you have other responsibilities and interests outside of work. Excellent benefits, due to the large parent company relationship. Beautiful office space in a great mid-peninsual location. Well known brand name that opens doors for you when working with suppliers and customers.

Cons

Very conservative culture passed down from the parent company. Slow to make decisions and not a lot of accountability when deadlines are missed. Lack of follow through on initiatives from the top down. No career development help offered by management, so you are completely on your own to figure out what comes next.

Cons

There are no cons! The employees are so calm and fair if you ever need anything just ask and you will receive the managers are precise and very understanding and fun.
