Pros

Flexible working with 1-2 days in the office, work from anywhere for 30 days and pay pretty decent.

Cons

Just chasing a number and make poor decisions to hit the number, this has a longer term impact on performance which is quickly forgotten. No strategy, creates a huge amount of additional work in tough working conditions with terrible systems / processes. Always talking about high resilience despite a lot of people having little resilience left to give. Senior leadership out of their depth, creating confusing messages and consistent last minute requests. No autonomy, slow decision making and a bleak future

Pros

Writing this pains me because my time at Kenvue and previously JNJ was actually quite good. My team was incredible and filled with a lot of dedicated, hard-working colleagues that were ready to collaborate and uphold a system of values and standards. Kenvue itself had great benefits and all and all, I had a wonderful boss, whom is no longer with the company, who allowed me to have a great work-life balance. Unfortunately Kenvue decided those values and knowledge replaceable, and laid off our entire team.

Cons

Kenvue does NOT value employees, point blank. They only value dollar signs and what they can get out of you. They preach work-life balance and owner mindset, and a lot of other corporate garbage but ultimately do not uphold the practices they preach. It's a shame because they let go of a lot of people who actually cared deeply about the products and problem-solving to provide the best care to consumers.
