Cons
The management is disorganized; they seem uncertain about their decisions and tend to opt for safe choices. They make quick decisions without thorough consideration, resulting in temporary 'band-aid' solutions that becomes a current process. Communication is slow, which hampers our workflow, especially since most of the team is new. They also lack platforms for collaboration. We're under pressure to operate immediately, while there are unresolved issues. The company lacks a distinct identity. They often mentioned the company startup status to justify challenges and feelings of overwhelm. In addition, reassurances are not accompanied by concrete actions. We're understaffed and overworked, juggling numerous tasks and projects initiated by management. They always set up calls without providing complete context as to why a meeting is needed, leaving you surprised when they want you to present or discuss something. They haven't hired competent leaders; instead, they've opted to hire contractors to handle the processes for them, yet they're not effectively managing their people.
