Pros
Was a great place for development- rotational program encouraged you to try new fields without prior experience and people are overall great to work with. Not sure about the future of this though. You get a lot of exposure to complex projects and cross functional business functions. Pay is competitive for the marketing industry.
Cons
No stability- company is reorged every few months and leadership is very ambiguous about changes. They keep pushing out people who don't agree with them and laying off extremely skilled remote workers for an "in-person, collaborative" setting despite their office being too small and not built for this many people to work in person at. They no longer value the voices of employees and expect us to just cater to their every whim. They are micromanaging every bit of work and getting too involved. Development has quickly become very stagnant and chances are promotion are very slim since there are not many management roles available and they continue to close them. They are quick to ditch things instantly when they hear about decreased sales, whether it be people, ideas, etc. without sticking around to find out if the data is even reliable or not. Culture really depends on the manager and team but senior management is bringing everyone down.
