Pros
In my career I have worked for a number of organizations around the world ranging from 5- to 75,000-employees, have started companies, and have worked full-time at not-for-profit organizations. None can hold a candle to Kespry. The organization and team are a dream to work with. You can tell how insanely purpose-driven, brainy-yet-humble, and inspired the team is to make a positive impact on its customers and the broader world - simply by walking through the Kespry office. If you're a person who thirsts to learn something new every day, strives to invent the future, and enjoys breaking the mold of what was previously considered impossible, then Kespry is the right place for you. Having seen the company grow from its earliest stages to where it is now, I have been proud to watch Kespry meet and exceed every count of what it means to be a successful and skyrocketing company by maintaining a laser-like focus on its strategy, talent, product development, and customers.
Cons
I think I have gained a few pounds from all of the food, snacks, happy hours, and employee-supplied pastries constantly supplied by the company. Maybe Kespry could use a gym.
