Pros
The Quality of the physicians and care givers are second to none. They find great talent and I would feel confident in the abilities of any of the physicians to care for me or my family members
Cons
There is a strong bias towards those that are SDA. The employee engagement surveys seem archaic and do not seem to help in improving the overall mission or vision of the network.
