The workload literally in every department is ridiculous. Everyone is understaffed, overworked, and underpaid. Kettering Health Network does not care about any of their employees. The Christmas bonus is absolutely terrible for a multi-million dollar profit organization. The only way you can advance anywhere is if you're seventh day Adventist. Everyone in management doesn't care about their employees.
