Pay is better than others. Job is interesting. Most of the people working there are smart, kind people
Cons
the managers/coordinators all mostly suck. Some of them lie about policies and fabricate things that arent policy. Had a coordinator tell me it was against company policy to discuss pay, which is illegal to say.
