Pros
-Within my group, there is little to no micromanaging, which is nice. -As you gain knowledge, you can start to pick up more responsibilities. -This is an entry-level position at KeyBank and they know this; they expect you to grow and move on to other positions within the firm. -Provides you a good understanding of the servicing arm of KeyBank. -Great PTO time and a new benefits program starting in 2019. -Family-first attitude -Upper management and management in general seem to very approachable and encouraging.
Cons
-The work can become boring after you have done it for a while. Additional projects and responsibilities help make it better, however. -Due to the nature of the work, behind a computer, there is not as much verbal interaction with others- this could be great for some for horrible for me. -The pay is not very good compared to other entry-level positions that are attracting fresh college-graduates. -It seems like we have been understaffed for the duration of the time I have been here. This leads to additional stress and work, which is fine, however I believe there should be changes in hiring-see my advice. -Not very much interaction amongst peers- going back to the nature of the work.
