Pros
Quarterly Bonus based on performance, offer remote opportunities, great cafeteria, great potlucks.
Cons
Don't care much about customer experience or employee experience. As the employee who worked with clients all day, there were a lot of valid complaints from customers that they've known about for years that we escalated just to be told "yeah it's been like that for years" or a shrug. Also, we used nothing we learned in training once we got on the floor, not even how we started a call, once we got on the floor everything was different. Communication between the entire company needs to improve drastically, that would help them a lot. Opportunity for growth was very slim, especially if you were good at your job because they wanted to keep you there.
