Pros
Key is a great place to work! They offer great benefits and opportunities to advance your career, such as paying for additional training, certification, and reskilling, which in turn can lead to increased salary. They have good oversight, but not stifling, and the managers are competent and invested in helping you advance your career, even if it isn't with their department. There are also opportunities to work from home at least some of the time.
Cons
There have been instances where forced overtime has occurred due to unexpected increases in alert volumes which were required to stay in compliance with federal laws and regulations, but the overtime was fairly compensated. The volume of alerts expected to be worked daily can be a bit overwhelming for new hires, but they do allow a "ramp up" period before fully expecting you to meet those marks.
