Pros
Leadership seemed to be involved with the branches. Tried their best to be involved and contribute to the community. Lots of opportunities to volunteer.
Cons
Local leadership was a joke. DRL would treat employees like they were hamsters on a wheel, make them work hard but no one got anywhere. Used to strive to be different from the Wells Fargos and Bank of Americas of the world but now that is who they have become.
