Pros
Growing company, so good opportunities if you are willing to put the effort in. Can gain skills in not only sales, but technical, marketing, recruitment, product launching and much more. If you put the hours in and get results you can progress quickly
Cons
Sometimes the hours can be very long, but this is the same in most sales jobs. There is a lot of pressure to achieve results but this again is probably the same in most sales jobs
