1. Reimbursement claims are good. 2. Some days you don't wanna kill yourself.

Cons

Don't have enough words to contain my disappointment. 1. No work life balance 2. Long work hours 3. Poor appraisal policy. Very slow promotions 4. Work culture is very depressing. They just expect you to put your head down and work for 10 hours straight. 5. Extremely rigid structure, no flexibility in terms of timing, leaves or any other thing.

Great training program, and good mix of roles. You wear a lot of hats at this job which prepares you well for your career. Business and technically focused, and a real product expert type of role.

Cons

Its a tough job and a lot of work and long hours. You need to deal with customers constantly through a lot of virtual support.
