Horrible culture, no flexibility, most decent managers left so ones remaining are constantly fire fighting. Insane numbers of KPI's that even the most senior product managers are now encouraging their teams to falsify data, to keep people off their backs and protecting their bonus. Employee retention is awful here, everyone seems to be waiting for a years experience before moving.
