      Great pay especially out of college, very in depth training program for getting into the automation/tech industry, positive hustle work culture

      Cons

      Micromanaging corporate, cold calling is brutal, long hours, lots of driving, very competitive but common for a sales role. They will except a lot from you but it’s manageable if you stay on top of it

      Pros

      Great training program, and good mix of roles. You wear a lot of hats at this job which prepares you well for your career. Business and technically focused, and a real product expert type of role.

      Cons

      Its a tough job and a lot of work and long hours. You need to deal with customers constantly through a lot of virtual support.
