The people are amazing, depending on the office you worked at, and they have an extremely structured promotion outline that gives you very clear defining metrics that you need to hit in order to continue to promote.
Cons
If you take over a territory that was covered for several years by someone else and is already “mature“ then you’re really not gonna have very many returning sales and your expectation will still be to output the same level of sales revenue, despite having almost no market left to Take over.
