New management in student success team wants to get rid of the old staff. All they want to do is lead existing staff out of the door by unreasonably putting them on performance plans or making them feel incredibly under valued, and play favourites just to make them feel excluded in every way possible. They demotivate and bully staff to such an extent, that they either want to leave or call fair works to sort out the matter. The Management style has changed to micromanagement and there is no more workplace flexibility.
Career progression is also slow in the company. No doubt the company is growing and there will be more opportunities; however in most cases existing employees are not encouraged to apply for these jobs.
I would advise prospective employees to stay a mile away. Kpi's change on the managers whim, on a weekly basis, sometimes even daily. Salary is below average when compared to similar roles elsewhere.
