Pros
In a technical role, there's lots to get your teeth into. There seems to be a very positive outlook within the company. Once in the company, there are plenty of opportunities to move around and progress. Flexible working environment with ability to work at home if need be.
Cons
Working across time zones is a great experience but can lead to delays and difficulties in communication.
