      1. Limited growth opportunity 2. Lesser known brand, limits your future prospects 3. Ego pleasing required to beat competition 4. Management biased towards beautiful/friendly girls. This goes on in broad daylight, manager is answerable to nobody. I have seen people make full use of this. This happens right from the top level.

      -Horrible management since they're not local and have no idea what they're doing. -Pay is way below industry -Medical is bare minimum Other perks- free drinking water and a working coffee machine.
