Pros
1. Things are fine like campus, facilities. Co worker behaviour, supports 2. No work stress.
Cons
1. Hike amount is limited. 2. Promotion restrictions..2ys still not getting promotion if getting than only promoted in designation not in amount. 3. Manager buttering is important. In keysight reference of employees got more prefenc n package. 4. Annual bonus is not good if compare with other MNC companies. 5. Important: they not prefer internal promotion they prefer external hiring on that post..which cause no growth in team and learning is stop. 6. For contract based employees they are not providing any facilities which is provided to Full tym employees (diwali gift, bonus amount, leaves, health care facilities etc.)
