Compensation was ok, but not worth the headache.
Cons
I was a former Client Service Rep, which basically meant supporting the sales teams. There were NO rules or regulations that applied to the sales teams, they took advantage of the CSRs, to the point of asking us to do immoral and borderline illegal tasks. The management would attempt to set expectations with the sales teams, and limits to what they could ask us to do, but those "rules" would go out the window any time a member of the sales team complained. Despite doing great work and being consistent employees, my team was always demoralized and disrespected. This place had the highest turnover rate of any office I have every worked for.
