Pros
They take good care of their EE's. I was a former internal EE and the company was a good mixture of business and fun. However, I would say this really only benefits the sales force. Kforce really only gives a rat's about the money makers.
Cons
Hardly offer any PTO. Company is in complete disarray. Nearly all back office support is outsourced from Manila. MANY good American jobs were lost as a result. Good luck getting any help in fixing an invoice if you are a client or your pay fixed if you are a consultant. It will take months!! Also, good luck in getting someone to take your live call. Extreme poor customer service.
