Pros
Overall the company is a great company, they are really trying to keep up with the new and upcoming technologies for the staffing world. If you are in sales or recruiting and you work very hard you can get paid really well, they have company incentive trips and lots of flexibility with hours/working from home when needed.
Cons
The company's great culture is often skipped in some offices and among some people. The company is so large and simply cannot create the same environment in each office. I worked in several offices and worked for some great leaders however it only takes 1 bad leader to destroy an office and lose great people. After several years I realized that the bottom line and the profit in the managers pockets seem to be the only thing that matters even when they know they have a horrible manager in the office who is unethical and unprofessional. The Dallas/Fort Worth (specifically Fort Worth) office is a drama filled, catty environment with a very lazy and unprofessional manager leading the team. Dispite complaints, because the Fort Worth business continues to grow, the manager's actions are overlooked. In addition, local management are focused so much on KPI's and their appearance to Sr. Leaders that they often require you to enter KPI's even when the actions aren't being done. The focus is on the number of interviews, calls and visits you make and not about the quality of the activities.
