Pros
There is some flexibility in hours, as long as you put in a ton of them.
Cons
The National Recruiting Center is a glorified call center (mandatory outbound 40 calls per day), and employees are treated accordingly. The "room for growth" is not based on effort or ability, but rather on how many butts you kiss. You will be asked in your "one on ones" with management to talk about other employees (gossip/spy), and it creates an atmosphere of distrust, negativity and backstabbing. Also, be prepared to work insane amounts of overtime, and be responsive even on PTO days. The truth is, they want as much from you for as little possible, and they will scare you into thinking that if you so much as look for another job, you'll get fired on the spot.
