Culture is cruel, aggressive and unstable. People are treated as if they are replaceable on a daily basis. Pay is low and benefits are horrible. Health insurance is brutally high. President is cruel and demanding. Morale is at an all time low. At a time when people are a scarce commodity Ki continues to do less for employees. They just instituted a policy that cuts pay if you are late for hourly folks.
