Pros
Ki Mobility he has a family atmosphere throughout the company. Some departments are closer than others, but you will have that in any company. Pay is competitive and I think higher than most companies in the area. Executive management is big on teamwork and operating as a team throughout all roles. It is also great to know the product we are making will improve somebody's life. End users frequently email how happy they are with our product or stop in and we get the opportunity to see how our work truly benefits a specific person. It definitely makes you feel good about the job you are doing and take pride in your work.
Cons
Sometimes rush orders come in for various reasons and it causes frustrations, but in the end we know someone cannot get around their house or society until they get their order. When you think about it like that, there are no cons that come to my mind.
