Pros
Working for a wheelchair manufactorer can be a great, rewarding experience. You work directly with those who want to help others, not with the end user themselves, so there's very few days of a stressful call that many Customer Service jobs experience
Cons
Each quarter the HR department passes more and more draconian rules that make attendance harder to achieve if you have any real world issues. Also, don't use your computer at all when you're on your breaks, otherwise it's an immediate termination!
