Toxic environment with no support or training - Assistant Teacher Kiddie Academy Employee Review

they did not listen to their staff they only cared about what the parents saw. they over work and undertrain. i had no training going into this job and i became a lead teacher without a raise and without being told. suddenly i was in a room with a bunch of toddlers all alone. they also don’t give any grace to the teachers everything needs to be perfect. the owners and admin give attitude when you ask for help and even when you call out sick they try to get you to come in. this job was so mentally draining i still have anxiety just thinking about it
