LOW PAY, did not raise when promoted to a higher position (from assistant to lead teacher), gave excuses as to why I couldn't get a raise, too expensive for parents, nothing special that teachers do for parents to pay that much, too focused on curriculum when children should be free to socialize, management caught up on the NON important things such as if a teacher wore leggings with a long shirt and didn't pay attention to proper transition of kids in certain classes, ratio to the class was not true (therefore lied to parents) . I had 14 students in my class when the max was 12! I had to sit kids on my lap and did not care, to me was a violation of health code! No benefits for teachers
