Accommodating to a fault towards parents. Parents would ask ridiculous things like "oh I don't want Gregory going outside, he has a runny nose." So we just don't let the class go outside? We make Gregory move to a different room? That's an unreasonable request. KA needs to be realistic and not always break the teacher's backs bending over to accommodate every little thing. No I'm not going to take your 1 year old to the bathroom every 15 minutes. That's insane. That's not what should be expected of us in this setting. I never felt backed by management in these types of matters either.
