      Pros

      Not a lot of pros. Met some good people that wanted to work.

      Cons

      No where to move up. Some coworkers like to be on their phone a lot didn't want to work, and didn't interact with the kids. Always drama. Lead Teachers liked to talk behind people's back including management.

      Pros

      Flexibility with hours. Good food coming from the kitchen.

      Cons

      Management. Overly sensitive families. Un trained employees. VERY HIGH turn over. Pay is not worth the amount of pressure put on teachers.
