      Director should be working as a Prison Guard; High turnover rate; poor benefits; can never take a day off due to lack of coverage; You are timed when you go to the restroom; lots of favoritism if you suck up to the Director

      Corporate company pushes franchisees to follow their standards

      Cons

      Owners don't always care to told up the standard and will lie and expect employees to lie as well. If they don't lie, they get pushed out. Even letting regional managers know they will try to turn a blind eye.
